By accessing or using Legal Assistant (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
You represent that you are a legal professional or authorized representative using the Service for professional purposes. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including attorney-client privilege regulations and professional codes of conduct.
You must register for an account using Google / Firebase credentials to access dashboard features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Our service offers integrations with external applications:
You understand that disconnects or failures in third-party services are beyond our control. Disconnecting any integration will stop all automated data syncing immediately.
All software, algorithms, code, design, logos, trademarks, and services associated with Legal Assistant are the exclusive intellectual property of Legal Assistant. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service as intended. You retain full ownership of all client and case files uploaded.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that file organization, AI classification, or Google Calendar syncing will always be error-free. Under no circumstances shall Legal Assistant be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
